1. Who we are

2. What Lupuso provides

Lupuso is a visual tool for designing trading-strategy logic, testing it on historical data, and exporting source code for trading platforms. MQL4 and MQL5 are the reference export targets. Pine, Python, cTrader and NinjaTrader exports are in beta and some blocks are not supported on them; unsupported blocks are rejected with a reason.

Lupuso is a software tool. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not manage funds or place trades for you.

3. Accounts

You need an account to save projects and download code. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think your account was accessed without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans unlock higher limits and tools. Prices, plan names and limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases.

Payment is made in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), or by another method if shown at checkout. A plan starts when your payment is confirmed, not when you send it. A month is a calendar month (UTC). Renewing the same plan before it ends adds the new period after your current end date. While a paid plan is active, a different plan level can be bought after it expires.

Network fees are set by the blockchain and are separate from the plan price. A transfer to the wrong network, in the wrong token or for the wrong amount may not be credited and may not be recoverable.

5. Generated code and your responsibility

Code exported by Lupuso is provided as is, without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing it, compiling it, and testing it on a demo account before any live use. Exports for some platforms are in beta and have not been verified on every platform version.

Backtest and optimisation results are produced by a simplified model of the data and settings you provide. They do not predict or guarantee future results.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, bypass limits or payments, share your account, or use Lupuso for unlawful activity.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the strategies and projects you create. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to run the service.

8. Support

Support is available through tickets to members on paid plans. No response time is promised.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lupuso is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service or exported code. Further limitations and the governing law: [__OWNER_TO_CONFIRM__].

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
